Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Return & Refund Period

  • You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • After 30 days but within 60 days, eligible returns may receive store credit or exchanges.
  • Returns beyond 60 days are not accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and labels.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or visibly used may still qualify for store credit only.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”, clearance items, or specially labeled as non-returnable.
  • Unless defective, such items cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Fees & Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, shipping costs are covered by us.
  • For other approved returns:
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
    • No restocking fee will be applied, but this must be disclosed upfront.

5. How to Return

  3. Pack the item securely (preferably in the original packaging), include a copy of the receipt, and ship it to the return address we provide.

6. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Exchanges or store credit will be issued promptly for approved returns.

7. Store Credit Option

If preferred, store credit may be issued instead of a refund—delivering flexibility and encouraging repeat purchases.
