Eligibility for Exchange
The article must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Valid Reasons for Exchange
The article received is not the correct size.
The article received is different from what was ordered.
Exchange Process
Initiating a Request
Submit your exchange request via our WhatsApp Business Number: +92 334 7156147 within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this timeframe will not be processed.
Shipping the Item
The customer must safely pack and ship the article to the exchange address (shared upon request).
Sartorial Thrifts does not bear any shipping costs for exchanges.
Verification
Our team will inspect the item once received.
Any signs of tampering or misuse will lead to rejection of the exchange request.
Approved Exchanges
Upon approval, a store credit will be issued equal to the product’s value.
Store credits are redeemable on future purchases.
No cash refunds are offered for exchanges.
Important Notes
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
No exchanges for personal preference or incorrect measurements.
All exchanges are subject to approval by our Quality Control Team.
