Eligibility for Return
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage due to customer handling will not be accepted.
Valid Reasons for Return
- The article received is faulty or defective upon arrival. Proof of defect (images or videos) must be provided at the time of reporting.
- There is a concern regarding authenticity of the article.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return
- All return requests must be submitted via our WhatsApp Business Number: +92 334 7156147 within 3 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
- Shipping the Article
- The customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to our return address (shared upon request).
- Sartorial Thrifts does not cover any shipping or handling costs for returns.
- Verification & Processing
- Once received, our team inspects the item to verify its condition.
- Any sign of tampering or misuse will result in the return being declined.
Approved Returns
- Refunds apply only in cases where the article is faulty or defective.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.
- No refunds are issued for sizing issues or personal preference changes unless approved by management.
Important Notes
- Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will not be provided for incorrect sizing — customers are advised to confirm measurements before ordering.
- All return approvals are subject to final inspection by our Quality Control Team.
