At Sartorial Thrifts, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be required. Please review our exchange guidelines below.


Eligibility for Exchange

  • The article must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.


Valid Reasons for Exchange

  • The article received is not the correct size.

  • The article received is different from what was ordered.


Exchange Process

  1. Initiating a Request

    • Submit your exchange request via our WhatsApp Business Number: +92 334 7156147 within 3 days of delivery.

    • Requests made after this timeframe will not be processed.

  2. Shipping the Item

    • The customer must safely pack and ship the article to the exchange address (shared upon request).

    • Sartorial Thrifts does not bear any shipping costs for exchanges.

  3. Verification

    • Our team will inspect the item once received.

    • Any signs of tampering or misuse will lead to rejection of the exchange request.


Approved Exchanges

  • Upon approval, a store credit will be issued equal to the product’s value.

  • Store credits are redeemable on future purchases.

  • No cash refunds are offered for exchanges.


Important Notes

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • No exchanges for personal preference or incorrect measurements.

  • All exchanges are subject to approval by our Quality Control Team.

  • Sartorial Thrifts reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.
